Strength in numbers ! 

We would like to create a network of "Cells" (other groups).
They will provide information, trade goods and build rap our between differing communities which may have formed as a result of the elite's "Great reset".
Cells do not necessarily need to be a part of W.O.L. F, But would mutually benefit from working together and sharing information where possible.

 

Communications
While communication would rely on controlled technology for a short period of time, we can develop methods of a more analogue communication system.
Encryption of future communication between cells could use physical items in set location(s), so that artificial intelligence can not crack our code. 
Cells will often come together at prearranged dates to renew the location and objects within.. Making a new encryption each time.
With as yet undisclosed details, this code will remain uncrackable.
